A police-involved shooting has occurred in the San Diego area in the US state of California, El Cajon Police Department said in a statement via Twitter.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — "Officers responded to an erratic subject that ended with an officer involved shooting. We will post updates here as they are available," the El Cajon Police Department tweeted on Tuesday.

Local media noted that the authorities have not provided any information about the possible reasons that could have caused the incident at a parking lot.

However, an alleged witness wrote on Facebook that the man who was shot by police acted as a mentally unstable person.

Obama isn't doing anything about this. Cops are supposed to have skills about dealing with people, not just freak-out about someone acting unusual and start shooting.
